How to rollback version on a document
This guide will help you rollback to a previous version of a Docly document efficiently.
Updated: 18.10.2024 20:08 Find the document to edit and open it
Navigate to, or use the "Filter / search" function to find the document you want to edit:
After locating the document, open it by clicking on its name or selecting it from the options available.
Click "History"
Once the document is open, locate and click the "History" button. This will show a list of all saved versions.
Click on an old version to open it
In the "History" tab, you will see a list of versions sorted by date. Click on any version to open that particular version and view its content.
Find and open a version you want to rollback to
Review the available versions until you find the specific version you want to revert to. Open it to confirm its content.
Click "Save"
After confirming the version you wish to rollback to, click the "Save" button to make this the current version of your document.
Done
You are done. The document has been successfully rolled back to the selected version.
