How to delete your account

Login to Docly

Open https://docly.net in your browser.

Open Cloud Portal

Click your profile button in the upper right corner of docly.net and choose "Settings ...". In the dialog that opens, click "Go to Cloud Portal".

Click "My profile"

Click "Terminate account …"

You find it at the bottom of the page.

Click "Proceed with account termination"

The page shows what will be deleted.

Confirm and send the code

Tick "I understand that my account and all data will be permanently deleted" and click "Send confirmation code".

Enter the code and delete your account

A confirmation code is sent to your email. Enter it and click "Permanently delete my account". This cannot be undone.
