This is how you download a folder as a ZIP file. You download one folder at a time.

Navigate to the folder you want to download
Click the "Share" button
It's on the top of the screen on the toolbar.
Click "Download as ZIP"
Your download is initiated. Please wait as it might take a little while to start downloading and then also some time to download.
The ZIP file holds the folder, with the subfolders and documents in it that you have access to.
